Rera Disputes

RERA Complaint in Delhi NCR — Builder Not Delivering? Get Legal Help at Your Doorstep

The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act 2016 — commonly known as RERA — was specifically enacted to protect homebuyers from builder fraud, delays, and misrepresentation. Under RERA, builders are legally obligated to deliver your property on time, as promised, and as specified in the agreement. If a builder fails — you have legal remedies including full refund with interest, compensation for delay, or completion of the project under regulatory supervision.

In Delhi, RERA matters are handled by the Delhi Real Estate Regulatory Authority (DRERA). In Gurugram and Faridabad, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA) has jurisdiction. AdvocateJunction's advocates file RERA complaints before the correct authority, present your case effectively, and get you the compensation or possession you are legally entitled to.
