Definitions

• Platform refers to the Advocate Junction website, mobile apps, and related services.
• User includes both clients seeking legal services and advocates offering legal services.
• Services include consultations, legal representation, drafting, document assistance, home-based legal services, and blog content.
• We, Us, or Our refers to Advocate Junction and its operators.

Eligibility

• At least 18 years of age
• Capable of forming a legally binding contract
• Advocates must be duly registered with the Bar Council of India to offer legal services via the platform

Scope of Services

• Clients can find and connect with verified legal professionals
• Advocates can register and offer legal services
• Booking and delivery of legal drafting, documentation, and consultation services (online/offline)
• Access to Advocate Junction Blog for legal updates and insights
• Subscription to legal packages, including pro bono services subject to availability

Note: We do not provide legal advice ourselves; we are an aggregator and technology facilitator.

User Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information when booking services
• Not misuse or misrepresent their legal needs
• Comply with payment obligations (where applicable)

Advocates must:

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics
• Provide honest, diligent, and timely services
• Keep their credentials updated and true

Prohibited Conduct

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Post false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems

Payment & Packages

• Certain services are chargeable; fees will be displayed transparently before confirmation
• Subscription packages may be introduced with varying benefits
• Pro bono services are offered at our discretion or through registered pro bono advocates

Payments are made via secure third-party gateways. No sensitive card data is stored by us.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the platform — including the Advocate Junction Blog — are the intellectual property of Advocate Junction and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.

Disclaimer

Advocate Junction is a technology platform only. We do not control or guarantee the conduct, competence, or results of any legal professional listed. Users must exercise due diligence before hiring.

Limitation of Liability

• Any dispute or disagreement between clients and advocates
• Direct, indirect, or incidental damages from use of the platform
• Any data loss or breach not caused by our negligence

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

• Terms are violated
• Fraudulent, unethical, or illegal conduct is detected
• Requested by law enforcement

Users can delete their account at any time via request.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
